    The staff were so friendly and the spa treatment was fantastic. The heating wasn’t working around the swimming pool and the glass was covered in condensation so the doors were propped open and the temperature that day was 3 degrees. Needless to say we didn’t stay and use the facilities so really didn’t have a good and relaxing spa day. Very very disappointed.

    Cannot commend enough our day here - facilities are top drawer, the grounds are amazing (football fanatic) , staff were absolutely amazing (Chris to mention) and the overall experience is one we loved. Will most definitely be returning here!

    Very Good
    My Spa day was very good value as it included a 75 min treatment of a foot massage, back massage, facial and neck and shoulder massage! Free tea, coffee and juice was available all day. The pool was spacious. It would have been better if the jacuzzi (part of the pool) had been separate and therefore warmer. I didn’t use the sauna or steam room. There were 3 heated loungers by the poolside, so had to wait until it was quieter to use one of those. The area to wait for the treatment was nice and one could sample all the Elemis products. Lunch was a sandwich with side salad and fruit cake. It would have been good to have some fruit available to eat during the day. There was a gym but I didn’t use that. What is needed is a warm, quiet, relaxation room to sit and snooze and read. The treatment was very good and very relaxing.

    A day booked to catch up with friends. Didn’t want treatments but a relaxed space to meet and relax . Equally didn’t want anywhere too regimented so could be enjoyed for a decent price . Paid £52 for a full day and light lunch ( sandwich and cake slice ). Enjoyed the pool and steam room and bubbles and thermal beds and a relaxed lunch. Cosy and comfortable with super friendly staff and proper teas and coffees in the lounge and not just cucumber water !!!!! Easy to find and ample parking and not too posh an atmosphere for a relaxed time. The are health club members using the facility including kids in swimming lessons so if you’re looking for an exclusive day probably not the place for you. For a spa treat on a regular basis : I would return.
