    I had a relaxing time at the Westin London City as this was a birthday treat for my best friend. I booked the Heavenly Spa Sunset package deal which included a 30min treatment, use of spa facilities and a cocktail in the Hithe and Seek Wine Bar. The spa is lovely, smells amazing, changing rooms very clean and staff very friendly. The massage I had was fantastic, the masseuse I had was so friendly and attentive. I was so relaxed and my best friend enjoyed it too. Our only disappointment with this package was at the end. Unfortunately we were not told that the Hithe and Seek Wine Bar was closed for a private booking. This meant that the drinks we had were in the main restaurant, I believe called Mosaic. This let the ending of a good day down, as the restaurant did not have the same ambience, vibe or appearance as the bar. The cocktails we ordered were not nice at all, to the point we ended up leaving it. It would have been nice to have been informed beforehand that the package I had paid for stating what was included had slightly changed, as I had expectation of ending the experience in the bar mentioned in the deal with more cocktail choices only for my best friend and I to have left disappointed. Never less I would return to this Spa as it is beautiful and a nice way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

    We had a wonderful experience at Heavenly Spa. A little busy in the morning but soon calmed down, we were able to use all the spa facilities. We didn't use the gym. Staff were polite, especially the spa staff - they all made us feel very welcomed! Thr steam and sauna are a little smaller than I'm used to and there was no essential oils in the steam room which was okay but there's usually essential oils infused in the steam. It's definitely more stylish and upscale than your typical spa and is reflected in the price. Afternoon tea was great and delicious. A lovely selection, my favourite was the scones and sandwiches.

    The spa was really nice up until the kids and teenagers came, the spa should be 18+ because it really tainted the experience. Luckily me and my partner found the relaxation room where we stayed an hour as the kids and teenagers were making too much noise. Maureen gave a fantastic massage for my partners birthday, i did let the spa know that it was my partner’s birthday and they just wrote him a small message, i thought they would have done a bit more than that like a free drink etc. The afternoon tea was okay, we didnt have to wait a little bit. The highlight was the tea and scones, everything else was okay. Overall the spa was lovely and would have been even better if there was no kids.
