- We had a back treatment which was lovely.
- The treatment I received was great, didn’t use the spa area so can’t comment on that.
- I enjoyed as a light lunch outside. My treatment was extremely well done with a good professional approach. We spent time at the pool and used the sauna and showers. The cleanliness around the loungers and pool could be better. There was a single member of cleaning staff for a large area. Towels and robes were of good quality.

- The hotel and spa was lovely. The treatment was excellent. My partner feels the cold so he felt it the hotel was not very warm. The room temperature was difficult to control too. The food was lovely, if you stayed a long time the menu may become a bit "samey" so some specials might be a good idea. £5 additional cost for full breakfast seemed excessive. Wines very good choice and reasonably priced. The access to leisure, having to book was not very flexible. However, the experience was recommended and we really enjoyed our spa break.
- I had an absolute beautiful 1 night stay at Hatherley. I wish I booked my stay for 2 nights.. The room was lovely, clean and tidy. Providing a warm cosy robe and flip Flops. The shower was powerful. My £28 vouchers towards my meal (King prawn, potatoes a d green beans) was delicious and my Creme cheesecake was tasty. The breakfast provided was OK didn't enjoy the watery Scrambled egg. Overall the really enjoyed my stay.

- We were upgraded which was great as it was our Wedding Anniversary . The room was in the old part of the hotel over looking the front which was nice . Unfortunately our room like the restaurant and general areas was dull and dingy and in need of a refurbishment and lifting in lighter colours . The food menu selection was limited and some descriptions did not match what we received ! The reservation staff were very helpful and accomodating but some of the lounge service staff could have been more on show and able to assist
- Everything was first class. The staff were all friendly and helpful and our executive room very comfortable with chocolate dipped strawberries as an extra touch. We enjoyed a complementary drink at the bar and a delicious three course meal which the £28 perv person more than covered. For £5 tray service we treated ourselves to a room service breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
