- Brilliant spa day from start to finish. Every member of staff we spoke to was very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute! We had treatments from Lana and Susan and they were excellent! Would highly recommend a spa day at the Hampshire Court!
- Lovely hotel grounds and very much enjoyed the treatment. Food was also delicious Spa facilities however, quite underwhelming and very basic. Rooms outdated also
- Lovely quiet morning and lunch with my daughter. Staff are lovely. My facial was great. The facilities are fine and clean. We would do it again. Check out route to the hotel on a map as the sat nav takes you off to Tesco car park which was behind the hotel and various roundabouts!
- we received far less than we expected. Massage time was less than 45 minutes when we had been told 1 hour. Sunbeds don’t fit next to each other by the pool, so we had to sit separately. Staff were abrupt & unhelpful. Food was lovely.
- Great spa experience, the treatments where outstanding. The only concerns and things i would have changed was the access to more facilities such as a bigger pool, and use of more areas. Also the description of a two course meal on the page where the package was sold, for then it to be a buffet on the day. The staff member said that was just "a guide" however this is false advertising and no where near close to a guide, shouldn't sell something that you will not get especially for how much you are paying for it.

- Lovely hotel, spacious clean room, great gym facilities, great food. However, we weren’t warned that there was an event going on involving most guests which was essentially a club night -so very noisy and the restaurant had been moved to a small side room with very delayed service -a two course dinner took 2 1/2 hrs. The place itself was lovely but a heads up with large events held onsite would definitely be worth them considering.
- Staff were friendly, the available drinks however not so great, advertising drinks that were not available, choice of wine listed was not in stock, also certain cocktails that had been written on the special board were not available. Room was average, shower was cold which they’d said was impacting many rooms, air con made a constant rattling noise and the beds are not comfortable at all
