    Very Good
    Overall it was a fantastic day. The staff were so helpfull and very friendly. The only thing I was a little dissapointed about was the lanconium room and the foot spas were out of order. It didnt spoil the day but as it was a treat for my daughters birthday it would have been nice to have the whole experience. Saying that I would definately go again.

    Facilities where good overall. The staff where very friendly in the spa but unfortunately after confirming twice on the day which treatment I wanted the therapist still decided to to do a facial and not the neck back and shoulders I ask for. My friend had also booked the neck scalp and shoulders and got the treatment he wanted and was happy but unfortunately I paid for a service I did not ask for and was told the therapist would make sure I got the correct one yet she contuined to give me a facial with a scalp massage. Not what I paid for or asked for. A shame because otherwise it was a nice experience. Tea and coffee was just for a generic button machine so was nothing worth buying outside of the free coffee.

    Communication not good….. difficult to find out treatment times. Could never get through to speak to anyone. Had phone call en route at 10. 10am to say treatment was at 10am. Missed appointment but were given credit to come back another time. Given damp towel and robe, scruffy changing room! Waiting area in spa, grubby! Lovely massage from Christina. Afternoon tea ok but cold in the restaurant. Just felt the whole thing needs some TLC. Disappointing and sadly would not recommend.
