    The state of the spa was terrible, it was dirty, the floors were wet, rubbish left about, tiles were broken and The jacuzzi wasn’t working. It’s a shame as the treatments and staff were amazing and I felt sorry for them, people just kept complaining. If you want a night away with good food and nice treatments then this place will be great but if you want to relax in a nice spa then this isn’t for you!

    Wasn't booked in for treatments. Changing rooms where dirty and floors covered in water. There was not enough beds around the pool area for everyone

    There was an extra charge for robes which we weren't aware of before arriving. Also the hot stone massage wasn't available which my other half was looking forward to. Deep tissue massage was brilliant! The whole experience around the massage wasn't great though, the CD kept skipping so I asked for it to be turned off, mid massage! Pool was open to the public to, so kids splashing around whilst trying to relax poolside. I wouldn't come here to relax again.
