    Very Good
We had a lovely day, staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had a great day to sit in the hot tub outside, it was quiet in the spa which was even better. The only thing I would say is that the afternoon tea should be served last after the timing is up for the spa and facilities. Thankyou so much, it was a brilliant time and experience

    Good
Loved our treatments and loved the food which was a high quality but disappointed with the seating and comfort around the spa as only 5 loungers which were occupied by a group of 5 women all day and we couldn’t enjoy the proper relaxation of a spa day

    Good
Upon arrival to the spa we found it poorly signposted, and it took us three attempts to find the correct reception. Once we found the spa reception we were politely greeted by the staff, however spabreaks.com hadn't communicated with the venue so they didn't know we were coming. This wasn't too much of an issue however as there were plenty of treatment slots available. We were given tokens for the lockers, along with a towel and robe each (but no slippers!), My partner found that his robe had seen better days as it was torn. We first perused the gym, and were disappointed to find that it was ill equipped, having mostly cardio equipment and not a lot of room to use the free weights. Our treatment, a back and shoulder massage, was amazing we felt very relaxed after and were able to use the pool, sauna and steam room which were very well maintained and clean. Lastly, we visited the restaurant for lunch, and were pleasantly surprised to find that a two course meal was included in our package. The soup of the day was delicious, you could tell that it was homemade! The main course let it down though, it was described as a cold meat and cheese antipasto, to be served with biscuits and salad, but we feel that perhaps the kitchen was waiting for a delivery as we weren't given any cheese or biscuits, just cold cut meats and salad with dipping oil and olives. Nevertheless it was very tasty, but not the most filling meal. We did enjoy sitting outside with our meal, the views were glorious and we were blessed with beautiful weather. Due to the few little issues we encountered, if probably book a different venue next time, and would hope that spabreaks.com would communicate better with the spa during the booking process.
