    Very Good
Was expecting to be made welcome but when I asked if I could use the facilities although I was a little early i was blankly told NO. I had paid in full in advance and could not see any issue with me just putting my bag in a locker and relax. Instead I had to entertain myself for a couple of hours.

    Excellent
Honestly, me and my fiancée had the most incredible stay. Anything we could have wished for, was there. From the facilities to the room to the treatment. Everything was catered for. Venus really took her time to understand our bodies for our treatment and genuinely delivered a massage no one has ever come close to. A genuine 10/10 experience, we will be back time and time again

    Good
We went for the afternoon spa with afternoon tea. The afternoon tea was fantastic lovely food, super friendly attentive staff, can not fault it however the spa itself not so much. The outside area is great and luckily the weather was on our side as if this was not useable we would have struggled. Inside is very outdated and not particularly clean. Could do with updating throughout. Once in the spa there were no staff to be found and not very good communication of where to go for anything. We had no treatments booked so can not comment on this.

    Very Good
Fabulous day. Its a beautiful spa, in a really lovely setting in the countryside. The outdoor hot pool was a real highlight. Staff and service were fantastic, Mohammed in the restaurant was great and the food was lovely and great value as part of the deal. The treatment was really great, the only downside was not having two therapists available to work simultaneously, which I only realised the day before, meaning two hours not together. Staff were excellent and let us have more time on the facilities to compensate. All round a lovely day.

    Good
The outdoor pool is amazing! Fantastic scenery! The sauna was well maintained too and the gym was new and very well maintained. However, I believe the pool and indoor jacuzzi could have been better maintained and cleaner. One downside is that it was packed with people, which made it less peaceful. Overall good experience with a few downsides. Feels more like a gym than a spa.
