- Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing but the spa products didn’t agree with us maybe we will try another treatment next time
- I arrived at a busy time - the changing room was full and there was a queue for the one toilet. The relaxation room was pleasant but the water jug was empty and there was no hot water for hot drinks. My treatment was good though and the number of people lessened over time so the place was less crowded later on. Enjoyed using all the facilities but the lounge chairs in the spa all occupied. I’d maybe go again but not on a Saturday
- Jacuzzi wasn’t as hot as it should be and steam room wasn’t working. The outside pool was not warm enough to swim in either a little disappointed. Food was great and staff were friendly though
- we had a lovely day, treatment was very relaxing and would definitely recommend, the heated bed was an extra treat. Ella was very good and professional, my only negative part of our day, was the whole area we felt was chilly. we found as we was sitting around in damp towel's and gowns for several hours we got cold. we enjoyed the relaxing room, but we was cold. we didn't have our prosecco, (Our choice) as we didn't want to sit in the bar area with our dressing gowns. This did not dampen our day, we had a wonderful day celebrating my friends birthday.

- Lovely hotel with amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble. We had breakfast and lunch, which was delicious with an excellent choice. Very good value. This is my 3rd spa break at this hotel booked through Spa Breaks and I will definitely be back

- Absolutely awful, despite paying for an overnight stay, the staff at the hotel tried to charge us for everything! Very unprofessional staff
- On the whole a lovely hotel. Rooms comfortable and adequate but lack small things like bathmat, robes, blackout curtains. Staff friendly but some a bit annoying. Expected food to be better. Nothing particularly writing with it but didn’t blow me away. Breakfast choice limited compared to likes of Hilton etc. Spa was lovely - facilities and staff great.
