    Had a wonderful greeting from staff , very friendly and welcoming . Always happy to help . Spa was very nice and relaxing vibe with beautiful surroundings and location . Spa eatery was chilled and like the way it’s just for the spa members . Wouldn’t hesitate To go again .

    Very Good
    My friend and I had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived. We had a tour of the spa followed by a berry tea. My friend went straight into her treatment and I went for a steam, swim and jacuzzi all just the right temperature and in a lovely setting. Outside is a beautiful sensory garden with numerous pools, fountains and maple trees giving it a Japanese feel. My treatment was very professional and relaxing consisting of a full back massage with scented oils, then a facial and while the mask was infusing I had a scalp massage. All in all delightful and relaxing. The lunch was fine but my friend’s egg was not quite cooked enough for her. We chatted in the relaxation room and enjoyed the scents from the joss sticks and candles . The whole atmosphere was serene and cosy and would wholly recommend a visit.

    We stayed overnight in a lovely clean room - Breakfast was very good with excellent ingredients. The spa and pool is a little tired. The Spa treatment was very good

    Fully relaxed day - a lovey welcome with a guide round the spa to show all facilities. All parts of the spa were clean. The treatment was amazing - exactly what we asked for.
