    The pool was cold and did not have a jacuzzi, only a bubble pool. The spa was basically just a treatment with no area to relax. The food is something I would expect at a chain pub with very limited options for vegetarians. The hotel is located on a new build estate and there was significant litter around. The bed was hard and the room was not as good as a premier inn. The real positive was the treat, nice massage and the country park which served a beautiful walk.

    Me and my mum had the best massage ever here! The ladies were so lovely and warm and friendly and really made us feel relaxed. I didn't take their names but they really made our day! It's nice to have multi hot tubs also so you feel like you have space

    Unfortunately when we arrived both our bookings had not been booked for the correct day or time. We have travelled a very long way from the the side of London to treat ourselves. The Hotel manager was incredibly helpful and was able to arrange for us to receive our treatments later that morning, for which we were incredibly grateful. The massages were wonderful - such caring and professional ladies on the day.

    Overall I enjoyed my visit, I would definitely recommend the spa treatment itself. The treatment was very relaxing and the therapist very friendly and professional. The afternoon tea was nice, although the staff didn’t seem to have been informed of our specific booking, this nearly led to us only receiving a cream tea as opposed an afternoon tea, this was in part due to myself misspeaking at first. This was however quickly corrected at the member of staff we spoke with was very friendly. The pool is more of a public pool as opposed to a spa pool, in hindsight if I had booked outside of the summer holidays this might not have been an issue. It was very busy and a lot of family’s present so not quite the chilled experience I was expecting. The pool itself was nice though. You do however need to bring your own padlock to safely use the lockers.
