- The spa needs some maintenance as a few things weren’t working properly. The food was excellent and the staff very good. Overall I would recommend it to anyone.
- My husband and I spent my Birthday here and had a lovely time, he loved the sauna, we both loved the pool, the massage and food were both lovely, this is our second visit and definitely won’t be our last
- The staff were very welcoming and the full body massage was excellent. The spa is quite tired in places, the swimming pool needs to be warmer and the loungers could do with cushions.
- The pool area and outdoor pool are nice (very highly heated). However, the changing rooms and other communal areas need a really good clean and there was only 1 member of staff dealing with the spa reception, taking / serving food and drinks orders, supplying towels/robes etc and dealing with ad hoc questions from guests. This meant it was very difficult to speak to her (not a criticism of her personally as she was great, but clearly needed more staff to support her).

- The spa facilities were very limited, the pool was freezing. Everything felt a bit run down and in need of a good clean and some TLC! It was not a spa as advertised but merely a hotel with a small pool and sauna and a non-functioning steam room. The hotel couldn't find our booking (soon sorted) and the 1st room we were given had no heating and was unbareably cold. The floor in our other room had obviously only just been cleaned and the carpet was wet. All the staff were friendly and tried their best to resolve some issues.
- The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The hotel it self is looking a bit tired and could do with a refurb.
- The hotel was very nice and clean, the afternoon tea was lovely and dinner was delicious. Aquatherapy pool was nice, but it was a shame not all of the bubble jets appeared to be working, luckily it wasn't busy so it was easy to find another. Room was nice - clean and tidy with a large amount of storage should you need it. Could maybe use some better pillows on the bed but otherwise a wonderful trip.
