- Disappointing Spa Experience I was really looking forward to a relaxing day, but unfortunately my visit didn’t live up to expectations. Two of the saunas were out of order, which limited the facilities quite a bit. The changing room was messy and didn’t feel well-maintained, which took away from the overall experience. On top of that, my treatment started 10 minutes late with no explanation or apology. For the price and the reputation of the spa, I expected much better. Hopefully these issues are addressed soon.
- Hi We had a nice day overall but spa looking dated and although the treatment was 'nice' the shoulder, neck and head part was very 'light touch' in time and hands on. We wouldn't go back to this spa, as I think there are better spa's in the are overall.

- Lovely overall experience, marked the condition of the spa down due to lockers in the spa changing room not locking but there was alternative ones available in the pool changing area. The staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately there was a technical issue with the treatment we had chosen (Rasul Chamber) but we were upgraded to a treatment of our choice. The thermal chamber and tranquility room where perfect to relax in either side of our treatment. We throughly enjoyed the experience and left very relaxed and pampered

- Frustrating Experience Despite a Lovely Room I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately, several issues left me disappointed. Service at the bar was slow and disorganised—I was ignored initially, and with only one till in use, I wss nearly ready to have another drink before even paying for the first one. Dinner took a turn for the worse when I found a sharp piece of ceramic from the plate in my dessert, which caused me fental pain throughout the night as I had bitten down on it. We reported this at checkout, and I was surprised and disappointed that I had to ask for the cost of the dessert to be removed rather than it being offered. To add to that, a charge was added for paying at reception instead of on the night. Appetiser was burnt and sent back but that was deducted from our bill. The room itself was spacious with a great view of the golf course, but that was overshadowed by a few safety concerns. I cracked my head on the overhang above the bed, and the bathtub—while aesthetically nice—is a real hazard. It has no handles or safe way to exit, making it quite dangerous. The in-room safe also didn’t work, displaying an error code. Overall, a few positives but far too many negatives for a relaxing or safe experience. I hope improvements are made, particularly around safety, service and responsiveness to issues.

- Best spa we’ve been on! Great facilities and it wasn’t too busy! Very relaxed. My only criticism would be the coffee machines, especially for your morning coffee.
