    Excellent
What a lovely spa! We booked a spa break at Forest Pines. The spar itself is lovely. Such a lively atmosphere as soon as you walk in. We booked for 4 people (treatments) but unfortunately only 2 of us could make it due to illness. The staff were more than happy for us to use the additional 2 treatments on us so we has 2 treatments each. The relaxation room is lovely, nice pleace to relax before treatments or for just some quiet time. The pool area was lovely, the only thing I would say is there isn't many loungers but there are some chairs around. (Not really much you can do as there isn't really space for anymore) and also no music in the pool area, that would be a nice touch but definitely not a complaint. The changing areas were lovely and clean and easy to use lockers. The k ly thing I would say is there isn't many private changing areas but that's just my opinion. Beautiful spa with lovely staff and we had a lovely relaxing day. One thing I think is missing would be a place to purchase drinks or snacks. Thank you all for a lovely day!

Booked this as a birthday treat and other than the lovely food was massively disappointed. Arrived at 3pm as advised for check in, the room wasn't ready for another 30mins so had to sit and wait in the bar which cut into our spa time. By the time the therapist had explained the treatment, left you in the room to go and 'file your paperwork' the hands on treatment time was literally about 10minutes. She also spoke the entire way though despite me giving one word answers in the hope of being able to actually relax. She wasn't professional at all and even said "the spa closes at 5 but you can swim for longer, but I'm definitely getting out of here for 5pm". Then the worst part. We went to the pool, there were no seats free around the side and the pool itself was full of kids ranging from about age 3-12 all screaming, throwing balls and jumping in. Fair enough, I get kids want to play it's not their fault but when I was sold a spa break I didn't expect there to be kids allowed to be honest. Or they could at least have put a lane in to allow for some lane swimming. I did 4 attempts of a length, got out and went back to the room feeling completely flat. I work at a leisure centre and feel ripped off that I could have had a swim and sauna at work for free but expected a nice treatment and relaxing environment. I would never use this spa again or recommend to anyone unless they had kids.

    Good
Lovely treatment but spoilt a bit by having to go upstairs to the bar to buy drinks. Inconvenient having to go to the public bar in a robe and slippers and having to carry drinks back to the spa area. Also not convenient having to have money on you and not able to pay at the end of the day
