A four-star hotel with 188 rooms and suites, Forest Pines Spa and Golf Resort is a popular hotel and spa destination. It's surrounded by a 27-hole golf course, as well as a landscape of pine trees and heath, and has four restaurants on site including the award-winning Eighteen57, The Grill for relaxed meals, and two bars serving lunch, teas, coffees and drinks with views of the golf course.
Spa facilities include a gym, a pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, ice fountain, heated loungers and a relaxation room. The spa has six treatment rooms including one dual suite, where therapists offer a unique collection of Elemis therapies and rituals.
Accessible facilities include:

- Vibrating pads to assist waking guests with hearing disabilities in the event of a fire alarm are available at reception.
- An evac chair is also available to enable staff, to assist with the emergency evacuation, is available at reception.
- Portable induction loop for use at reception.
- All the restaurant, bar and lounge facilities in the main Hotel are located on the ground floor on the same level making them easily accessible.
- The restaurant and bar in the leisure building is located on the first floor serviced by a lift.
- Accessible toilet facilities are located to the right of reception, in the events centre and in the leisure building.
- The leisure club is located on the ground floor.
- A dedicated accessible toilet and changing area is located within the leisure club.
- If required, a hoist is available for the pool.
- Access to the poolside is on the same level and there are steps with a handrail into the shallow end of the pool.
- Both the steam room and sauna are accessible with door widths of 84cm. Seating is provided in both.
- The patio area can be accessed via the Conservatory lounge which is level and paved.
