- Really lovely staff from the moment I walked in. Lovely spa, only limitation was there was only a sauna and steam room rather than more spa options, they had a small pool and a jacuzzi too. Couldn’t have stayed longer than the half day but was a wonderful experience and had the most amazing massage treatment!
- Spa staff didn’t call to book treatment like they should and after I called they booked time for it and second day changed it . Not very nice but we past over for facilities and for treatment that have been very good really recommend. Also spa , sauna and jacuzzi really nice . Reception staff at spa should be more vigilant . 9 of 10 as a general impression
- We went to forest of Arden Meriden Disappointed that the pool was cordoned off for children swimming lessons and baby swimming !!! Not relaxing ! Reception staff member at spa not very informative he didn’t tell us that there was a relaxation room . luckily saved the day by having a lovely facial therapists very good but Won’t book there again
- Was a lovely setting. The spa could do with a upgrade. I understand the hotel is being taken over on February.
- Overall spa facilities were average. Some areas were not as clean, the jacuzzi and steam room were also out of order. The area to relax in the spa was smaller than expected and was cold. This type of visit is more suitable if your staying in the hotel and want to use the spa vs of visiting for only the spa. The staff were all very friendly and the service was great.

- Lovely hotel facilities with a super pool and the best gyms I have ever seen at a hotel. The staff appeared to be mostly still being trained but were very helpful and sorted out any problems.
- Staff were absolutely amazing. and the Food the best i have had for years. Buffet in the evening.
- I stayed at the hotel for an overnight spa break with my Mom and daughter, to celebrate my 50th birthday. The staff at the hotel were amazing, I had a complementary bottle of prosecco on arrival in my room, scattered rose petals, extra time for my Swedish massage, and some free facial products. Our rooms were really nice, the restaurant staff and service was great, we had an amazing time, thank you!
- The room itself was fine but we had a communicating door to the room next door. There was no sound proofing at all on the door therefore we could hear everything. Unfortunately there was a group of girls that where in there all the time laughing and talking until we complained at midnight. I don’t blame them but the hotel for putting us in that room when the hotel was extremely quiet. They did offer to move us but by then we were in bed. There was only the main restaurant open and we should have had a 3 course meal included but they did not have a set menu so we had £25 per head towards our bill. You could not get 3 courses for £25. Also the food at dinner was not good, we had to send 2 steaks back.
