    Good
The treatment in the spa was great. However, I disliked that the pool was nowhere near the spa and that you had to walk through the bedroom area to get to the pool. I also disliked that i had to ask the staff where the toilets and shower facilities were. The shower room was not very nice and looked a bit grimy with water stains all over the glass and the towel bins overflowing with dirty towels. It looked and smelled quite unwelcoming. Food was ok but not great. Overall an ok experience but I will not rebook.

    Good
Firstly I would say the treatments and therapists we had were amazing I would also say that the reception area of the treatments is also lovely and luxurious. However what lets this spa down is the spa area the Jucuzzi is not in action so they have placed an electric one in which is not working and Luke warm hardly any bubbles. The steam room is not really a steam room and should have far more steam in it the relaxation room could do with stone heated beds that would be a nice touch and why stick your guests in a conference room with tables in for afternoon tea with a consistent sound behind the wall sounding like somebody farting continuously Afternoon tea would have been nice in the spa reception by the coffee bar. All in all apart from the treatments I would not recommend this
