    Didn’t get the glass of Prosecco on arrival like stayed in the booking. And was waiting at the front desk for ages before someone came to serve us; I actually had to call the spa from my phone so someone would come to answer it to get service. The spa was lovely and the treatments were great but a little bit over priced for what we got.

    My partner and I had a facial and massage treatments which were amazing and we could be in the room together which was really nice. We paid for a package which included a glass of Prosecco each however weren't given Prosecco during our stay which was disappointing. The spa steam rooms and pool were good, there wasn’t enough seating for the amount of people using the spa which was a shame and people ‘reserved’ chairs with towels so you weren’t guaranteed seating. The spa did not provide slippers to use around the spa so bring your own/slides if you don’t want to walk around bare foot! Overall we were really impressed with the treatments we received and that was definitely the highlight.

    Me and my friend went for the spa package which included 1x 55 min treatment. The spa was lovely and clean and a wide variety of things to do, with free refreshments available. The treatment was amazing I had a hot stone massage and I have never felt so relaxed. Tempted to book in bi monthly from now on to have the same package it was so good. 10/10 recommended
