    Lovely day. The staff were extremely attentive. Outdoor pool was a lovely temperature as was the jacuzzi. The treatment was amazing and lunch was fantastic.

    Our day spa at the Feversham Arms totally exceeded our expectations. Despite being February we still enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Other thermal facilities all great, lovely quality robes & flip flops and the staff were fabulous. There were extras which we were not expecting such as a healthy juice on arrival and sorbet/ice cream after our treatment, just nice little touches. There is a choice for the one course lunch of various sandwich’s with fries and salad or choice of main course salad both served with glass of Prosecco. You can order other drinks, soft or otherwise too throughout the day. Our treatments were great, changing rooms lovely and it was superb value for money. Will definitely book here again, perhsps in the summer next time to make use of the outdoor seating area. All in all a wonderful experience.

    Everything perfect, facilities, ambience, treatments all brilliant. Only slight downside was the condition of the actual facilities being a bit dated, especially changing room (oe) out of order shower, use of fan heaters and In the thermal suite there was an unpleasant (drain) smell
