    Overall disappointing. Very basic facilities aside from the pool area. Nowhere to sit and relax. Coffee only available at hotel bar which made me very uncomfortable in robe and swimming costume in a room of people holding business conversations. Massage great. If I'd stayed for my pedicure it would've been in the corridor area poorly screened. Changing room basic. Nowhere to plug in my own hair appliance. I had lunch (fully clothed) and then headed home deciding to forego the afternoon.

    sadly the only problem we had was due to a new bank staff member which lead to us not getting the treatment we requested. but the spa manager has since dealt with this. All the other spa therapists were amazing so will be going back.

    Love the spa especially the big jacuzzi and it was nice and quiet. Lovely lady foe massage and pedicure.

    Amazing overnight stay, the food was very disappointing, however every other aspect of the stay was wonderful. Thank you to the front desk assistant who was on duty Sunday night, sorry to forget your name, but your customer service was like no other, simply outstanding. We will visit again very soon and we’ll tell our friends.
