    I booked this for my mums birthday and went with my sister too, facilities were lovely and clean. Lovely treatments and plenty of food on the afternoon tea. They made a special plate for my mum wishing her happy birthday. Definitely went the extra mile and made our visit very special

    Overall disappointing. Very basic facilities aside from the pool area. Nowhere to sit and relax. Coffee only available at hotel bar which made me very uncomfortable in robe and swimming costume in a room of people holding business conversations. Massage great. If I'd stayed for my pedicure it would've been in the corridor area poorly screened. Changing room basic. Nowhere to plug in my own hair appliance. I had lunch (fully clothed) and then headed home deciding to forego the afternoon.

    Do not publish my full name, just Chris. The Chakra Spa offers great value for money. I went for The Ritual Retreat Spa Break. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and engaging. The food was good, well presented, the bar and restaurant staff were great. The spa staff were marvellous, excellent treatment. Would certainly recommend.

    Love the spa especially the big jacuzzi and it was nice and quiet. Lovely lady foe massage and pedicure.

    Amazing overnight stay, the food was very disappointing, however every other aspect of the stay was wonderful. Thank you to the front desk assistant who was on duty Sunday night, sorry to forget your name, but your customer service was like no other, simply outstanding. We will visit again very soon and we’ll tell our friends.
