    Hardly a spa with small pool and no loungers. No individual changing rooms. Small grubby showers. Toilet door didn't shut. Not somewhere to spend the day relaxing. Treatment was nice. We booked independently to stay at the hotel which would have given us access to the pool etc. So in effect paid Spa Breaks for a massage and lunch. Not impressed and most certainly would not book again or recommend to anyone else.

    It was my first time in the hotel and book the package. It was a bit confusing as we were not given a bit of orientation of how the day will go, what time exactly the treatment will be and how long we have access to the facilities. I found the rooms complicated too, feels like a maze really. The food and the massage was really great though. 25minutes of treatment was not enough. Value for money is okay to be fair.

    Excellent
    Lovely relaxing Spa and an hour treatment which made me feel refreshed for days. Would highly recommend it, followed by a great lunch with Prosecco .

    The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The treatments were also excellent. I do have a couple of criticisms though. The robes were what I would call snug, I am a size 16 and my daughter a size 12 and we both struggled to get full coverage of our bodies. Also the changing rooms were very small. There were only 2 showers and we had to queue for a shower which took around 5 minutes to get hot (the staff are aware of this however no sign was up to advise clients). Bigger lockers are also needed. That said we had a lovely relaxing day with fabulous treatments and food and good customer service. ***Of note there are numerous steps to get to the spa area therefore not accessible friendly.

    I had a facial and back massage which were very relaxing, the therapist talked me through each treatment which was helpful. The swimming pool was quite cold so we didn’t stay very long in it. Overall a great experience
