    Very Good
I have to start by saying the treatments that we had we incredible. No one in the treatment area could have been any more friendly or helpful than they were - they were all a credit to the business. However, the other facilities fell quite short. The pool area was mediocre at best with the showers in the ladies changing rooms being out of order. The changing rooms looked like they needed a good spruce up for sure. The lunch was nice in itself but it seemed that the waiting staff were just overwhelmed with long delays in getting food and the desert (which was fresh fruit and berries) was predominantly water melon with 1 piece of gala melon, 2 pieces of pineapple and a single blueberry. If it was not for the treatments and all the staff there, this would have been a 2 star review at absolute best

    Good
The young lady who carried out my treatment was very sweet, however I felt sorry for her as she was full of cold and needed to stop to get a drink of water to stop herself from coughing. We also found the pool to be very cold.

    Very Good
Fabulous entrance through beautiful grounds. The spa treatment was 100% !! Hayley gave me an excellent deep muscle massage and repaired a terrible knot in my back. The pool area was unfortunately full of noisy children and so much chlorine that it stung your eyes, we wouldnt ever come back because of this.
