- Lovely relaxing day. Lunch was excellent spa is looking tired now. Jacuzzi no longer working. Massage was ok a bit less relaxing at the end . Facial was so good I fell asleep 🤣
- Great value for money with friendly staff. Lots of parking and the restaurant wait time has greatly improved. Been here twice and each time either the Jacuzzi , sauna or steam room is out of order.
- Lovely clean pool , great for a swim Staff were so friendly and helpful - we had a super massage , lunch was prepared on ordering and tasted delicious, very good value Spa day
- Had a relaxing day. However, wasn't informed that the jacuzzi was closed, we had to bring our own padlock for locker, and flipflops or slippers were not included.

- The hotel is lovely and clean. The rooms were comfortable, beds were lovely to sleep on. Staff were helpful, they moved our rooms so we could have adjoining rooms as we were a group of 4 friends. Lunch and dinner was good, we had a 3 course dinner which was included in our offer which was lovely. Overall a very relaxing weekend away for a group of busy working mum's!

- Hotel was ok. Got the room and it wasn't cleaned so had to go back to reception for them to allocate me a new room. Food was a bit disappointed. First impressions count as that say.
- From the minute we arrived we were spoilt. Excellent Spa treatments best we have had in a long time. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely 2 large beds plus complimentary tea coffee and water could have done with waste bin in bedroom as well as bathroom but that's just being picky also there were lovely large fluffy towels in the bathroom a big bonus. Aircon was quite loud but very effective. Breakfast was good so much choice unfortunately the evening meal lets this hotel down food not the best. Would we come again definitely but probably stay bed and breakfast. Special thanks to Den Mohammed and Frank for looking after us so well. We had a brilliant time.
