    Very Good
    The treatments were excellent. However, the spa facilities were a little disappointing. The steam room was out of order and there was no hot tub/jacuzzi as this had been covered over. The pool was quite small but the temperature was great.

    Sadly not quite what we expected. On arrival we were informed we couldn't use the pool for 45 mins due to an Aqua Aerobics class. The steam room wasn't operational and the Sauna was very small.The pool isn't huge and half was designated as a swim lane which is fine but more than two in that area becomes crowded. The decor around the pool and pool area is looking tiered,in need of a bit of TLC. Unless you are booking treatments, I would say this is more of a Hotel with a few facilities. A couple of times we did have to go looking for people when we wanted a drink and also check in for afternoon tea. The food was lovely. In fairness we did go on a Tuesday and I guess there maybe less staff on duty. The staff we did encounter were friendly and helpful.

    The spa / pool staff were lovely and very helpful. Sadly, the facilities are in need of a refresh and overhaul. The steam room had a continuous damp and musty smell which meant we were not able to stay in there very long. The jacuzzi pool has been decommissioned for the past few years so that isn’t available and the main pool is not particularly big so there weren’t any beds available for us to lie on - there’s about 8 or so beds and they’d been taken with people leaving things on them or hotel guests just sitting around. We didn’t use the sauna so cannot comment on that. The staff were trying very hard and were friendly and professional which went a long way in making up for the let down in facilities.

    The pool and surrounding looks tired and dirty,steamroom had hairs and rubbish on the floor. My package included 2 treatments but staff kept on insisting it was one until I showed them proof. My lunch was supposed to be from th Alla carte menu but I was offered a bar menu, the manager apologised and explained that it was the only menu available. Overall not as I was expecting. M Luff

    Lovely clean pool , great for a swim Staff were so friendly and helpful - we had a super massage , lunch was prepared on ordering and tasted delicious, very good value Spa day
