    The spa was due some maintenance but unfortunately when I booked I was not told of this, so the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the spa looked shabby! The treatment was good and the receptionist was very polite.

    The hotel had provided a double bed instead of 2 singles Also the spa facilities were a bit lacking .. hit tub was empty which was very disappointing and the sauna and steam room tiny and not working great The treatment was nice but the outside waiting area had no beds to chill out just a couple of chairs with blankets that were a bit tatty Been to better spas

    The spar and pool very basic with some areas not available and treatments cancelled and messed up the whole Routine. but the spar treatments themselves were lovely and the lady was super she did a great job so would reccomend her and all the staff were lovely too in this area on the pool area too very nice and helpful. The availability on tap you have to book a day or so ahead as they are not on site all day so we could not add others on whilst we were there so that was a shame .

    Treatment was amazing! The spa and facilities are very run down. The jacuzzi was out of use and the lounge bar was not open as apparently they only open if they are busy. It is such a shame as I have been here before and the experience was completely different. Not good value for money.

    Is most definitely not a spa day, is more like a leisure centre, with robe hire. The interior is dated with many things broken and missing. Would not was my money again.
