    Lovely hotel entrance and spa reception area.the staff were very friendly. The changing room area has good locker facilities. The pool area was in need of repair as the ladder into the pool was broken and unsafe to use. My main disappointment was that staff asked the handy man to come and repair the ladder whilst we were there. It’s not very relaxing being in a spa pool as the ladder is removed and there tools all over the floor and the noise of hammering. We had to slide and pull ourselves out of the pool which wasn’t ideal. Didn’t complaint as it was my daughters birthday and didn’t want to spoil the day. Treatments were really good but I will not be recommending the spa or using it again. Not sure how it has an excellent rating in your website.

    My wife April and I had a fantastic spa afternoon, made even better by the exceptional staff. Spa manager Johanna was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly. My massage with Jane was absolutely first class—the best I’ve had! A couple of minor downsides: the tea wasn’t great, I had to ask for our Prosecco rather than it being offered, and the steps to the pool were broken, which was a bit inconvenient. However, these small issues didn’t take away from an otherwise relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely return!

    My daughter and i had the most wonderful time. The staff were lovely and welcoming. the Spa and facial were amazing - definitely book in for a longer treatment next time.

    I was given a GC for the spa as a holiday gift..for a hot stone massage and a facial. Both treatments were wonderful…Emma is a terrific masseuse! The steam room, jacuzzi and pool were great and i used them before and after my massage . It was a great relaxing afternoon and I highly recommend this spa. I will definitely be returning very soon!
