- Pool and thermal areas very busy, lots of wet towels on empty beds. Best part was the massage and lovely treatment rooms
- Had a great experience the only thing that needed improving was the temperature of the pools were quite cool for Hydrotherapy.
- Sadly the experience that both me and my mum had wasn’t enjoyable and for how much I paid I was quite disappointed . Everywhere in the spa was freezing cold especially where you had your massage and the relaxation room after. Also the massage was no longer than 15 mins and it should have been 25. The pool area was ok however there was no seats or beds and two of the steam room were not working. I wouldn’t normally be that bothered but considering the price I paid I thought it was all in all a poor experience and sadly this was for my mums 60th as a present.

- Absolutely beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings and lovely staff, restaurant was a bit noisy due to large grown celebrating birthday, I know hat can’t be helped, room very spacious carpets were a stained, but room lovely,was very cold at night and couldn’t work the heater, there was no instructions.the bedding well he quilt was very thin, was expecting a nice warm quilt but I think maybe the summer quilt was on, so didn’t have a good nights sleep due to being cold, there was no extra blankets in the room, so very tired the next day, breakfast was outstanding somethink for every one, would I stay again yes 100% but would ask about the heating and make sure there’s a good thick quilt on the bd.
- Hello, I booked the venue after reading very good reviews, however, my experience was mixed.... upon arrival I had been informed that mine and my wife's massage would take place in different rooms at different times and I had asked for them at the time of booking, to be together, so we were quite upset this was not the case. We then went into the spa where we enjoyed some relaxing sauna and pool time, although we did notice some small items (a plaster, empty packaging etc..) on the floor, which slightly took away from what would of been a very good experience. The room was fine , besides the shower which had zero power behind it, which made it impossible to use basically. Our evening meal was far from great either. We both ordered the soup, which came out water thin and scolding hot and the bread was of poor quality and served with flora not proper butter. My wife enjoyed her chicken supreme meal, however, my fish (that was described on the menu as lightly battered) was overcooked and not pleasant. The staff were not at all attentive apart from one young man, whom I kept calling over, as the staffing was clearly under what was needed. (not their fault) but not once throughout the meal was i and or my wife asked how the food was, or i would have complained at the time. We both found breakfast equally chaotic, as the layout is very confusing as was mentioned also by the party sat next to us. I must say though, with a few fine tweaks this all could be put right and we did go away fairly satisfied, just not blown away. Simon.
- The staff in particular is what stood out for me at this hotel. They were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. It was my friends birthday and everyone wished her a happy birthday and we got some free drinks vouchers from the reception staff too. They really went above and beyond to make this birthday trip special. The hotel is beautiful and has very clean and comfortable rooms. The fresh cookies on arrival was a real treat.
