- Our overall experience was fabulous. My scores would have been all 5s but there were some areas of the spa that were looking a bit tired - paint was peeling. Also, I contacted the spa on 2 separate occasions to clarify something on the booking, I left messages but I had no return call. In the end I rang the reception & they ask the spa staff to call me. Which they did straight away.

- Lovely experience very relaxing. Loved the treatments I felt I could float away afterwards. The outside area was great with a good hot jacuzzi.
- Fantastic Spa Day. We had a great day at this facility, it had everything we needed. Great treatment & food saw great too. Would book again.

- Due to having Leukaemia I was still having to 'shield'. The Voucher present, for myself and twin sister, from my Son for a special birthday had been extended by the Hotel several times but was due to end in 1922. As I was feeling so low my twin sister decided to use the voucher at the end of November to buck me up and get me through another winter. My Son rang the Hotel to advised them of my situation and they said they would arrange everything for us. On arrival the Hotel had upgraded us and arranged a section of the dining room where we could take our meals in complete safety. We were in fact only too pleased to get away and have our meals in our room so this was a real bonus for us. I can only praise everyone at the Hotel especially in these very difficult times.

- Lovely hotel, bit of a walk across to spa, not good in bad weather! Rooms abit dark esp for ladies getting ready! On a spa break with included dinner, a bit cheeky to charge us 10%service on even the prepaid stuff Lovely food, friendly staff. Enjoyed our break
- Lovely hotel, friendly staff but unfortunately lacked a few items which in my opinion are offered as basic in most hotels even Premier Inns and Holiday Inn express. Such as shower gel, shower caps. When asked at reception they couldn’t provide. We assumed they would be offered as standard
- Friendly staff, very nice bar and restaurant, and comfortable room. Dinner was beautiful and was one of the nicest buffet breakfasts I've had for a long time. Was a bit disappointed by the spa though. It feels the facilities are more geared to the general public more than they are guests, which didn't contribute to the expensive 'spa stay' feel. Had a massage booked but wasn't given a robe. Deposits needed for towels and locker key. No drinks available in the spa area. Jacuzzi wasn't working (apparently been that way for 3 weeks). Not sure I'd come again for that reason.
