    Dressing gown in room was too small, asked at spa for a larger size but was told one size only. Clearly this was not the case as other guests of varying sizes had robes that fitted them correctly.

    Unfortunately our stay was docked massive points due to the spa itself. While granted, it was half term and a weekend, the amount of children and families making huge amounts of noise (and staying throughout the whole day, despite the allocated times for children swimming), meant this 'relaxing spa trip' was not relaxing at all. I do think that staff should be clearer with children and families of the times they should be there, and perhaps this should not be advertised as a health spa if local residents can also use it as a children's play pool! Aside from that, rooms etc quite nice, needs an upgrade. Unfortunately would not stay again for the aforementioned reasons.

    We booked a package of 2x 55 minute spa treatments with an overnight stay for Valentines weekend. We were really impressed by the service from reception, spa staff and notably the restaurant/bar staff. Our room was upgraded upon check in and it was lovely, very clean, warm and cosy. Our treatments were nice and we weren’t left waiting long, my partners massage seemed a bit more intense than my own which was still lovely but felt more like I was just getting rubbed with oil but nonetheless, still enjoyable. The food for dinner included a £30 voucher each and the food and drinks were amazing. The waiters were so attentive and constantly walking around to make sure everything was clean and drinks were topped up. The bar staff even came into the restaurant to talk to my partner as he had previously asked for drink reccomendations to which the bar staff gave him some samples and a customised drink which he loved. Overall a very lovely stay and would definitely recommend and return again. Thank you!
