- Myself and 3 friends had a fabulous break at dinnington
- Amazing experience in Donnington Valley. Staff did not question anything as we arrived late for breakfast they still served us bless them! Then they served lunch to us by the pool at the exact time we asked. Gym was great I used about 2 hours. Then head to jacuzzi, steam, sauna all great! Therapist Lea was excellent she gave me cleansing and body massage that was heaven!! Overall great experience to celebrate my birthday!
- Hotel FOH staff were not overly welcoming.
- Treatments were very good. You can only use the facilities from 3pm to 11am the next day, which is a bit unusual for this kind of spa deals. Rooms are a little bit dated. Food is well over priced for the quality of what you get, and the £30 allowance is not enough to cover a three course meal as the portions are small . Even a two course meal would be hard to cover, so be prepared to pay at least £20 per head on top. Hotel was in a good location to visit the town which is nice.

- Myself and 3 friends had a fabulous stay at donnington the staff were so friendly and would b happy to return again.
- The Spa is great, staff lovley, treatments fab and the pool area is big with lots of beds. We would definitely go back. The hotel is lovley, quite which suited us and the resturant is nice with a great breakfast.
- The location is pleasant,and there is a golf course attached to the modern hotel. Staff were really friendly, efficient and helpful. The food (dinner) was delicious and the buffet breakfast was very good and well laid out. The room had everything we needed and the shower was great, but I wouldn't class it as a four-star hotel, more of a great three-star hotel.
- My partner and I stayed for one night, on arrival the receptionist was cold, we over heard her say to a colleague she was due to go home and her attitude reflected this as her responses were short and cold. We asked what day and what time our treatment would be to which we were told we would have to go to the spa reception for this. Her colleague stepped in and offered to check the system on screen in front of her and informed us that the treatment would be at 10:30am for both of us. At 08:35am the morning off we were told due to staff sickness one of our treatments would be moved to 10am. However due to having to make a time reservation for breakfast of 9am and no offer to have a later checkout this resulted in one of us sat waiting in the reception with no room to wait in. The treatment provided, a full body massage, was good and I would have again if provided at a different spa. Both the sauna and steam room were broken on arrival and were not fixed by time of leaving. We over heard a member in the pool area say that this is a frequent problem. This is extremely disappointing as the facilities is the main reason I booked this stay as a gift for my partner and I.
- The hotel is nice, a bit dated. Wallpaper damaged, phone didn't work which was a pain when we needed reception to help fix the toilet. No electric sockets near bed. TV decent. Evening food was nice, service slow. Breakfast 5/5
