    Beautiful hotel and setting. We got a complimentary room upgrade. All the staff couldn’t be more friendly and attentive. I had the best massage ever by Hayley . We will definitely be back

    We chose the £103 treatment each didn't get the bentonite box or afternoon food choice, sandwhi h chips was a bit heavy. Toilets we not working. Nore the lift down. The massage was great

    This is a tricky review because some aspects were lovely. The treatment itself was amazing and the therapist welcoming and friendly (without being so friendly it was awkward). But the swimming pool area… far too busy. Not enough seats/beds - literally standing room only so no relaxation there. Very noisy too - not at all tranquil. A shame because otherwise it was very nice.

    Our spa weekend was in a word perfect! From start to finish we had wonderful service, staff were polite and helpful and a special mention goes to the ladies who did our facials. We floated out of the spa feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The spa facilities are great, changing room, sauna, steam room, aroma room, showers, pool and jacuzzi were all excellent. 10 out of 10!
