- Very easy to book. The staff then called me to see what time I would like to book in. The spa was nice and clean and the members were very friendly. Me and the wife then both had a full body massage and that was amazing. Highly recommend for the price we paid. Thank you and we will be back.

- We had booked 2 massages @ 14:45 to 15:15 and 15:30 to 16:00. We were out in a waiting room and left until 15:25 until someone was ready... no offer of a drink or communication as to why they were running late. Due to lateness of starting and the Spa closing, First massage was 15:30 to 15:50 (20mins) then 2nd massage was 16:05 to 16:20 (15mins) we had paid for 2 x 30mins sessions. Didn't think it was a good customer service and we felt left down by the whole experience. We would not recommend this spa package to anyone.

- This was booked for a special occasion and I was delighted with what I saw. The facilities were excellent the only negative was the leisure facilities, I was faced with one staff member who worked on the reception that could do with learning some customer service skills. It should also be sign posted that the pool is open to toddler and children swim session so was a little loud not quite as relaxing as Iwanted. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. The staff were lovely but one particular staff member who worked in the restaurant her name was Millie her customer service and attention to detail was on point. We an issue with the menu we had a specific dietary requirement and sge she went above and beyond to help assist and help. What I would advise on the purchasing of the spa break it was not explained to us that there was a set menu included in this booking and not only that there was a limit of £25 per person. My companion struggled to be able to pick from this set menu and was offered vegan menu which then accumulated an additional cost this was a little embarrassing but Millie spoke to the manager on our behalf and got this issue resolved. I do not want these issues to over shadow the rest of my experience because I had a lovely time and would recommend this place 100%.
- Lovely clean room, a very comfortable stay.
- Disorganised. Nobody knew really what was going on. We were refused lunch and were told we had read the email incorrectly, even though it clearly stated lunch was included. Nobody phoned up the hotel to sort this out, we had to do it ourselves at reception and we were made to feel like it was our fault. Nobody was apologetic at all. The next day when we went to get the lunch, nobody at the restaurant knew about it. We had to go back to reception to sort it out. It just seemed a bit of a shambles. The bar staff even had to walk round to reception when we first arrived to double check that we were entitled to the complimentary bucks fizz.
