    Had a phone call a few weeks before from the hotel saying we may need to change our reservation as the spa is not always open on a Wednesday and they would call back. A few days later I received a confirmation email of your treatments on the date we had chosen. We then arrived on the day and reception staff thought the spa was closed that day, it was opening from 1pm on arrival day. Massage therapist was brilliant and highly recommended. The hotel needs to communicate with each department more to avoid confusion.

    Treatment was fabulous! Not a very relaxing experience with the amount of children in the pool jumping in splashing! I think it would have been good to inform people that the pool does get very busy with families as it does take the relation side away from the day! I wouldn’t return or recommend due to this

    Large changing rooms with new showers. Great treatments by the therapists. Our only gripe was that the steam room wasn't working. We've been to this spa more than once!
