- The staff were friendly and professional. It would be better if there were a direct link from the changing area to the Spa rather than going through the gym.
- The spa was really serene and divine. Treatment was really good. The therapist was really polite and did a very good job. I felt renewed after my spa treatment session.

- This is a beautiful hotel encompassed by a golf course. We were hoping to wonder around the area using the designated paths but they didn't seem to allow for that which is a shame. Nice food and typical hotel prices for drinks.
- The hotel was really beautiful. Lovely environment and also very amazing staff. Facilities well maintained and room very tidy. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely be coming back.
- Really nice hotel & facilities. We had a lovely stay on a short break as a couple with a spa weekend. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Food in both the evening & breakfast were excellent.
- We had a good DB&B rate. Food was good. Drinks bit pricey. Staff were superb! Every single person we met were polite, friendly and helpful. The room had great view and facilities within were top quality. Lovely comfy bed. Great sleep.
- Some nice features of the hotel. However, lots of very loud and disruptive golfers. The atmosphere in the bar felt like a cheap and rowdy bar not what I would expect from a relaxing spa hotel. Given the atmosphere, it was also very expensive. I am happy to pay slightly more for a quality experience but this did not meet expectations. There was even football being played over breakfast. I would not recommend visiting unless you are a golfer or on a 'lads' weekend
