    The spa was lovely, unfortunately the treatments way not, the woman that done my treatments had false nails on and was scratching my face, there was no communication during the treatments, I did not know what the lady was putting on my face, the lady was unprofessional laughing messing around with her colleague very loudly when it’s supposed to be a nice calm quiet environment. I came with my family members that also had a treatment with a different lady and their experience was lovely, the lady gave them a head massage with their facial, was explaining what she was doing, offered them beverages, was very polite. Comparing the two, the experiences was very different and unfair.

    Good use of the spa and hotel facilities. Treatments were great however no one from the spa mentioned to us that the use of the pool on the Sunday morning would be limited due to baby/toddler classes therefore there wasn’t much we could do there due to the other facilities being in use by other guests that we there

    The massage was amazing, the pool area was quite noisy due to swimming lessons going on with young children. There was no where close to the spar area to get a coffee, I did not feel comfortable going into the main bar area in a robe to buy coffee

    We had a fantastic spa break in a beautiful location. The hotel itself was lovely and lots of historic features, made it a pleasure to walk around, also the grounds were kept really well, you can see a lot of love and care goes into keeping the property first class. We really enjoyed the spa, great steam room, jacuzzi and pool, it wasn't crowded either. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was great, the three course dinner was served buffet style and we loved it, same with breakfast, so much to pick from and all fresh and tasty. We had a seamless experience from the minute we started the booking with Spabreaks, the hotel were in touch immediately confirming our treatment times - another bonus, great massage therapists! We had the best massages and they came got us right on time, didn’t keep us hanging around (like some other spas I have experienced) very nice treatment rooms as well, so we have got to give this place five stars 🌟
