    Good
I was pleased with the treatments provided but the spa itself was disappointing. We arrived early to access the facilities before our treatments. We were checked in at the leisure centre reception and shown to the changing area. Before accessing the pool, we went to the brasserie for a coffee and snack, this was lovely. The changing rooms were clean and the shower was good. The facilities outside of the treatment rooms however, were disappointing. The Pool is a good size but there were lots of children present which I was not expecting. It was not a space that felt relaxing. There were 6 loungers and 4 seats on pool side and we did manage to use them after a short wait. Prior to our treatments we went to the relaxation area close to the treatment rooms. Whilst trying to relax on the beds there was a banging from the rooms to the side. This sounded like someone using gym equipment and I wondered if the noise is normal and if so, probably not conducive to relaxing. There were no staff to raise this with during the visit, probably due to it being a bank holiday. Unfortunately, I would not return to this spa or recommend it to a friend due to the pool being accessed by families, lack of space to relax in and limited facilities.

    Very Good
The treatment was amazing and the place is very nice. If I had only paid for the use of facilities I would have been disappointed as there were kids swimming classes all day. I think this should be more clearly mentioned online!

We went as a couple to relax and spend some time together and although I’d emailed the hotel and they’d confirmed…we weren’t book in together. It was nice but we spent the whole time apart. No robes available on arrival, no water to drink. The therapist was amazing but the treatment started late too
