- This was our second visit to this spa and it was just as amazing as before the staff are lovely in the spa and restaurant very attentive and communication was also fantastic as well. The food is described as a light lunch but pleasantly suprised when we was given starter, main and pudding! As a veggie the staff accommodated one of the meals for me to have ( there is a vegan/ veggie option just wasn’t something I liked) so I was very greatful at that. Overall we will definitely be back again soon!
- Swimming pool was a bit tired and there was maintenance work being carried out which cut off access to some parts of the pool
- Really disappointed with our stay. We've been looking forward to this get away for ages, had to wait around 20 mins to check in as there was one person on the desk. Swimming pool area looked like it needed a good clean, one wall was down to the bare plaster and looked like it needed painting. Changing area dirty and dirty towels piled up, hardly any of the lockers worked. Had our treatments and the therapy area looked like it needed a clean, hairs and dirty patches on the floor with one bright lamp in the corner, not very relaxing at all. Dinner was a disaster, table booked for 7.30 and final ate at 9.30 after asking several times for updates. Really would not go again!
- When we used the leisure facilities we found the staff member was really unhelpful and impolite towards us which made me feel uncomfortable. They didn’t even have slippers for us when we went to collect our robes! The actual facilities were good until my partner went swimming and cut his hand from being in the pool. We went to get first aid from the desk but no one was there so had to go to reception desk. This point I was not happy as he was bleeding. Over all there was no communication between hotel and leisure staff it was my 30th Birthday away with my partner and felt the hotel staff could of helped more towards my birthday surprise when my partner requested and wasn’t done. They even lost my cake but then was found after.

- Lovely hotel and friendly staff but lack of information on how you get things you need for your treatment day ,also had trouble checking in had to sit around for a bit then gave us a temporary room and when we went back to the reception they said stay in that room
- Best ever experience. We were celebrating my wife's birthday. It surpassed our expectations. We will definitely visit again

- My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay .The Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Naomi and Skye who looked after my daughter’s birthday cake that we brought with us . Nothing was too much trouble for all of the staff . A memorable trip for one and all .
