- The Delta Nottingham Belfry. The spa was very clean the staff were very friendly. We were asked to sit and wait just a few minutes it was so relaxing just doing that the atmosphere in the reception was quiet with low lighting I nearly fell asleep on the lounger. Our treatments, were a 55 minute back massage and exfoliating full body scrub which were exceptional. we were told what was going to happen and asked how much pressure we wanted on our massages. During treatment were we asked if we were if the pressure they were using right. We felt very relaxed afterwards. After the treatments we were given an after care sheet and the ladies who did our treatments explained what to do and recommended some of the products if we wished to buy them. Overall a fabulous experience.
- I can not fault the spa or staff and the treatments were fabulous. A group of friends and I got the winter warmer package at 50% off so it was £65 per person and we thought that was reasonable. The only downside was the inclusive light lunch. When we got to the restaurant it was a small selection of Indian food, leek and potato soup or some fruit. Strange combination and not really what you fancy when you’re on a relaxation day. Bit of a let down as we were hungry by this point. We decided to have a piece of fruit and go into Nottingham for lunch which was lovely but for the hotel this was quite the let down, a selection of sandwiches, something basic would have been fine. Curry, rice and naan bread was a bit of a shock.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Naomi and Skye who looked after my daughter’s birthday cake that we brought with us . Nothing was too much trouble for all of the staff . - We had a package including breakfast, dinner and spa treatments with use of spa facilities so we feel it was good value for money. Our room was good, the bathroom was spacious having a separate shower cubicle and bath tub and the toiletries provided smelt lovely, the beds were comfortable and it felt clean. I had requested gluten free meals and was very impressed that it had been noted and confirmed to me on each occasion we went for meals. There were also gluten free biscuits in the room! The staff on reception and in the restaurant were all super friendly and helpful.
