- The spa needs a face lift , it’s very old paint etc coming from walls , I was really disappointed as after my salt scrub I had to walk back though the pool area for a shower !! As shower by treatment rooms not working , because of this my mum had her oil massage first and then scrub !?!? Are lunch was supposed to be in the restaurant but it was shut so had to sit in a dark bar ! Will not be returning
- Very dated, needs a good renovation, we had to walk from the treatment rooms to the showers via the pool area with just a towel wrapped around us, children in the pool very noisy, the plastic sun loungers were very uncomfortable, could do with a cushion on them, We had to walk outside in our robes to get to the restaurant area, overall not a very relaxing experience
- Had a facial and mother had a back massarge. 15 minutes wasnt ling enough but staff were lovely.
- Really enjoyed our relaxing day.

- It was a beautiful place to stay for even the single night, the room was great and the meals were fantastic. There really wasn’t anything else we could have wanted.
- Nice relaxing room. Lovelly Spa staff. Had our breakfast next to our dishes piling up and they didnt get collected until the end. There were only 3 tables so no excuse. We were on a small two seater table and shared it with a pile of dishes so quite difficult. Bar/Restaurant staff were nice but seemed more interested in the football than taking money for our drinks and then when checking out that payment hadnt been paid off. Apart from those two little things everything else was perfect.
- Beautiful place. We stayed in the Stone cottage was amazing. Food was top quality and staff so attentive and polite.
- Apart from the mouldy fruit on our desserts (only ones in the restaurant so care should have been taken) and woken up at 7:30am by drills and hammers above our room when there were only 11 guests staying we could of been allocated one of the many other spare rooms.
- The stay was wonderful, facilities were very clean and relaxing. Staff and service was top notch food disapointing for the price though
