    Excellent
Our time at the spa was fabulous. Both my partner and I enjoyed it immensely. The jacuzzi was truly unique, active, and bubbling. The sauna was amazing, and the aroma in the steam room was delightful. It was a really refreshing evening for us. The food and drinks were top-notch, as was the service.

    Very Good
A lovely afternoon but perhaps not what we expected due to busyness of the pool area (kids swimming lessons it seemed), it didn't have a 'spa' feel. Saying that, we found a couple of loungers, managed a couple of lengths of the small pool and enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The food after was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful

Overall experience was poor. We were initially waiting 10mins at the reception desk before a staff member appeared, to then waiting 50mins to get our food in the restaurant, which was only 2 burgers chosen from the spa menu. Bare in mind the restaurant had 8 customers at the time and 5 staff, so there was no excuse for this. The restaurant then tried to charge us for the lunch although it was part of the package. Then the spa facilities themselves are very old and tired, and overall cleanliness could be better - there were also swimming lessons happening at the time for children and adults, so part of the pool was closed off, meaning you had the choice of a small steam room, small sauna or a hot tub - due to other customers spending long periods of time in the hot tub, we didn't actually get to use this. The experience would score a 2.5/10 and we won't be booking again.

    Excellent
The restaurant staff at lunch were truly lovely, very personal touch and made us feel like it was a real treat. Food excellent for the price and staff charming. The extent of Spa facilities are exactly what you would expect for the price and clean.

    Poor
I’ll start with the positives, the food was absolutely gorgeous, as was the restaurant itself. The restaurant staff and the staff at the front desk of the ‘spa’ were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, these highs were overshadowed by the shoddy ‘spa’ itself. It was simply a pool with a small jacuzzi, a small steam room and a small sauna, none of which were clean enough to be enjoyable. There were children doing cannon balls into the pool and playing with water missiles, despite signs against this, whilst the lifeguard laughed. There were swimming lessons going on the whole time we were there. Definitely not worth the money and not a relaxing experience. Lunch would have cost just under £20 each, so we essentially paid £24 each for the use of facilities, which we absolutely could have gotten for cheaper if we paid to go to a public pool and we would have had the same experience (but probably with cleaner facilities). If you are looking for a relaxing spa day, do not choose this one. A real shame as it was my birthday and we were really let down by the experience.
