- Lovely staff in all areas of the hotel and spa, great facilities all clean and well maintained
- Spa is basic and be careful not to go during child swim times of which there are 3/day. 6 hard, plastic, basic sun loungers next to pool, impossible to get one. Nowhere to sit and relax. Indian head massage was awful, therapist did a rigorous, uncomfortable head scratching thing. Hair was so matted that night, half a bottle of conditioner to sort it and lots of hair loss. Staff are all nice so it’s a shame
- It was like being at Fawlty Towers dinner was not good we at to keep asking for things like a side plates are main meal come out as the starters were put on the table hat to take it back breakfast was no better Afternoon tea horrendous definitely would not recommend it the only thing that was ok was the room
- The overall experience at the spa was very pleasant. I felt like the pool/jacuzzi area was a little outdated and I would have liked an ice room/shower. The temperature of the jacuzzi water at times was too hot and felt like you couldn't be in there too long as it uncomfortable. But the treatments made up for this, they were amazing!! The staff were very thorough and I felt very relaxed.
- The spa experience was lovely! We both had a shoulder, neck and back massage which was amazing and so relaxing and the facilities were top notch! Really enjoyed our time there!

- Room was lovely and big and bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness was an issue, we had to ask for someone to clean the toilet again as there was old stains on it! There was also mould all down the tiles. Also the bar ran out of the beers we wanted and also looked a bit run down.
- Hotel room itself was nice but our bed was just two single beds pushed together with a sheet over them to make it like a double bed. The evening meal was nice but very expensive for what it was. Afternoon tea was not nice at all, very basic and bread didn’t taste or feel fresh and the scones were tiny. Breakfast was average at best. Had to wait over half an hour to check in. Didn’t receive bottle of wine that was supposed to be included with the package. Overall disappointing stay and wouldn’t go again
- Beautiful hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was good quality and lovely, friendly staff.
- The whole package was great. Food fantastic superior room was great and was able to check into our room on arrival which made the whole stay just a bit more pleasurable.
