- My spa treatment was excellent, my husband and I loved the massages. The facilities were good but the changing room was very run down, rusty equipment and showers and not very clean.
- Average. You’re not able to see what times your treatments will be on booking, you receive an email with a number to call that is incorrect. On arrival there is no explanation given on where to go or explanation of spa facilities from staff - I had to ask, which is fine but shouldn’t be the case. Treatments were great, although rooms could be better, for example the room I was in was quite bright (just due to natural light from window) but the blinds could have been turned and use of mood lighting in the room to enhance the relaxation experience. Changing rooms are mediocre - one cubicle available for privacy. Showers have a very rusty over door hanger for shampoos/body washes etc. but they look really unappealing, and should be changed. Areas in the changing room were definitely worn, rusted and gathering dirt in places. Afternoon tea - took 35 minutes from being seated before it came out, and 25 minutes in to waiting before anyone apologised for the delay. I was told sandwiches were being made fresh which is appreciated of course but the bread didn’t feel fresh, and I feel that when you have things booked ahead the service should be prepared to accommodate that on time in the event that guests have other commitments to attend to - or treatments planned. Also, there was no explanation or menu given to know what was in the sandwiches or what the treats were etc. plates were chipped. Staff were nice enough, the vicinity is nice enough and for the price it is ok.
- The pool was nice as were the jacuzzi and steam room. The sauna was tiny and we didnt get a chance to try it as there was always 2 people in it so no space. The floors in the changing rooms & toilets were dangerously wet and the toilets smelt so wasn't sure if it was just water or leaking toilet on the floor. The treatments were nice although even though we had the same & started at same time one finished 10 minutes before the other. After being nice & relaxed having the treatments you are taken out into the bright reception area with children running around waiting for swimming lessons so all good work of treatments is gone straight away. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

- Room was lovely and big and bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness was an issue, we had to ask for someone to clean the toilet again as there was old stains on it! There was also mould all down the tiles. Also the bar ran out of the beers we wanted and also looked a bit run down.
- The hotel was amazing, so lovely really happy to of stayed here, the rooms are massive, lovely view, staff are lovely. Really close to a lot of things around cheap taxis. Very accommodating and accessible
- The whole package was great. Food fantastic superior room was great and was able to check into our room on arrival which made the whole stay just a bit more pleasurable.
- We all had a wonderful time. Fantastic value for money. Lovely food. Bedrooms are amazing!
