    Children are welcome at the hotel and to use the pool and facilities, and have designated swimming times. Adult only swim times are from 11am – 4pm daily.

    There’s an idyllic outside seating area and outdoor hot tub, and the newly added seating area in front of the hotel is perfect for lunch, or watching the sun set. With tribute nights being added, this venue is perfect for groups, not to mention the friendly atmosphere making everyone feel welcome.

    Carol in the spa was excellent. The only downside was the size of the relaxation room.

    Overall ok. Not worth £450 for a one night stay As much as the facilities were nice and the spa was ok, the staff don’t seem to know what they are doing. You have to prompt them to let them know you have a package that allows you to use the facilities pre check in, and even then no robes were provided for the pool area. Reception said one thing the pool staff said another. Breakfast was ok but toast and coffee didn’t arrive when asked, again prompting the staff to check on it to be told “sorry I didn’t put it through”. Evening meal was lovely and the massage was nice but won’t be coming again.

    Went for an overnight spa break for our 10th wedding anniversary from check in to check out to the spa treatments to dinner and bfast the experience was amazing couldnt fault it the staff were very helpful and welcoming
