    Our Spa Treatments were great and my therapist was excellent, very personal touch and explained treatment process at each stage. We chose to upgrade from one included treatment to add a second treatment each after being quoted a great price on Spa arrival but was actually charged a different price than quoted. Chased with reception on hotel check out but didn't get a resolution. So double check cost if offered upgrade. In terms of Spa facilities, it has a lovely spacious pool area, free teas/coffees, didn't try cakes/muffins, one indoor jacuzzi, and outdoor hot-tub, had sauna & steam room combo. Very clean, plenty of free towels etc. Lots of members present so wasn't able to use the sun beds.

    Ww loved the treatment and the afternoon tea but the spa was full of members taking up all the beds and seats. The towels were clean but very tired looking and there was no water on poolside. You could get this by knocking on the reception window, but these staff had more than 1 role so you often had to wait. A basket for used towels would also be a help. Overall a nice day but a few areas that might be enhanced.
