- Our Spa Treatments were great and my therapist was excellent, very personal touch and explained treatment process at each stage. We chose to upgrade from one included treatment to add a second treatment each after being quoted a great price on Spa arrival but was actually charged a different price than quoted. Chased with reception on hotel check out but didn't get a resolution. So double check cost if offered upgrade. In terms of Spa facilities, it has a lovely spacious pool area, free teas/coffees, didn't try cakes/muffins, one indoor jacuzzi, and outdoor hot-tub, had sauna & steam room combo. Very clean, plenty of free towels etc. Lots of members present so wasn't able to use the sun beds.
- Ww loved the treatment and the afternoon tea but the spa was full of members taking up all the beds and seats. The towels were clean but very tired looking and there was no water on poolside. You could get this by knocking on the reception window, but these staff had more than 1 role so you often had to wait. A basket for used towels would also be a help. Overall a nice day but a few areas that might be enhanced.

- The hotel and spa were lovely and one of the things I appreciated most was how well everything was organised. The communication before our stay and on the day of arrival was spot on and all members of staff whether in the spa or restaurants knew exactly what we had booked etc. It was really smooth and ensured that we had a very relaxing weekend!
- Had a lovely stay, spacious room, with seating area. Coffee machine didn't heat the water sufficiently, but we were able to use additional kettle. Quality tea/coffee sundries/options. Refillable bottles for milk/water on every floor. Great quality toiletries. Comfy beds, and pillow menu, but after requesting firmer pillows they were no better than the soft ones already on bed. So only two very minor issues on a very nice room and stay. Ate in restaurant for evening meal, very good selections and excellent food. Breakfast was also superb. Very attentive staff and amazing selection of food options. We had booked a Spa/Hotel package that included extras like Dinner/Bed/Breakfast/Spa treatments/drinks/cocktail/Spa giftset. Was great value and additional options were already in room at Check-in. Would stay again.
