    The staff and massage was lovely. The spa overall was very nice. However we had to sit on chairs after our treatment as all the beds were busy. I thought with the allotted time slots it meant the ratio for beds/ guests would have been equal.

    Changing facilities were very small despite booking our slot for the pool. Happy to have had our treatments earlier than scheduled due to another guest running late. Pool was very nice and surroundings well maintained. Therapist was polite but not much discussion and didn’t feel a warmth in personality, might just be because I was one of many guests) but could do with a warmer experience. It was very hot so room was kept cool with an air conditioning machine which did affect the experience but was necessary. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful especially with the scheduling.
