    Very Good
My husband booked me a thermal spa with an afternoon tea. First thing, in your email of what you get with this it says you get slippers. When i asked about this i was told it was another £2.50. I mentioned that in the email it says it’s included, i was then told it needed to be changed. I noticed in the hall on my way out what i got being advertised with the slippers. So this really needs to be changed because i would’ve brought my own shoes to wear around the spa area. Second, on my way to my afternoon tea i was asked if i had any dietary restrictions i then said no but that i don’t like sea food and asked if there was any. I was told “i don’t think so” When i got my food i had a salmon sandwich, a tuna sandwich and a crab cake. So really, there was lots of sea food on this plate. The girl who came to take my drink order wasn’t very kind or welcoming. she seemed annoyed that i asked what types of teas they have. Maybe just give the guests a menu with what drinks you have available? In the spa area you need a special key to use the thermal area. In my opinion this is not worth the extra money my husband paid. Only two other rooms and one is just a bigger and fancier sauna. The one that’s included in the regular spa room is just as good. The other room wasn’t anything special either so i definitely wouldn’t get this again. On a better note The views were amazing and i loved that there was an outdoor hot tub. The spa area wasn’t too crowded and overall i did enjoy my day.
