- The spa is a pretty basic spa, I didn't feel like I was anywhere special. It is in need of modernisation and some new equipment. The food was nice but some meals come with extra supplements - even an omlette at breakfast is not included (c£5 extra). Also a perception of what foods are 'healthy' is incorrect - I was told there's no butter as that's unhealthy (?) but chocolate spread is OK...
- Charlotte the manager of the spa really made it for us and had the best treatments.
- I went for a spa day with my daughter and my mother (aged 93). We had a wonderful day and enjoyed the facilities. I had a 'head in the clouds' shoulder and head massage which was sublime. The spa facilities were really good - only problem was the distance between the different facilities for my mum who had difficulty walking. The breakfast when we arrived was lovely and just right. We went to lunch at 1.30 and got the 'tail end' of service a bit - I would choose 1pm if I went again as the staff were tidying up around us at about 2.15. The day was quite expensive for the three of us but I was massively impressed by the facilities and service we got overall.

- We had a wonderful relaxing day at Champneys Tring, attending a couple of classes, having a wonderful breakfast and lunch and some beauty treatments. My only niggle would be what you can get with a voucher when compared with the direct purchase of the package from the spa.

- The hotel and spa are in need of modernisation. I have been to other spas for the same price and felt a lot more value for money. I feel Champneys can charge this price for the reputation it has. Staff were not friendly and helpful at all.
- Great stay, exceeded my expectations and the staff made there best efforts to please us as we had a stressful time trying to book treatments.
- Fantastic place to stay and relax. A few issues in the restaurant with there not being any plates or cups left for breakfast and having to ask a few times to get some but otherwise the facilities were wonderful.
- Room was fine, just needed updating a bit.
