Health Spa VenueChampneys offers a complete spa experience. Alcohol is rarely served and healthy food is part of the stay. Guests can wear robes to lunch and breakfast as well if they choose and facilities include a 25-metre pool, a whirlpool, two fitness studios, a hair salon, a gym, bikes to hire, and separate male and female spa facilities including saunas and steam rooms.

LocationThere is free on-site parking at the resort which is located between Bedford and Luton, and Cambridge is a 40-minute drive. Central London is also just an hour's drive away. The nearest train stations are Hitchin and Arlesey, which both welcome trains from London Kings Cross and Peterborough, and from there Champneys Henlow is only a 5-10 minute drive away.

- The spa facilities were excellent, the therapy heated, the towels and robes high quality. Therapist were all extremely proficient and friendly

- Lovely venue, very clean and had a fabulous spa day. However found the website very uninformative and not easy to find information prior to the day. On arrival we were not told we had to book our classes so we missed out on a class we would have liked to have done. Then had to rearrange lunch so that we could fit in another class. Not a problem but we wasted precious relaxing time running from one place to another to sort out what we wanted to do. Everything is spread out. We should have had the claas timetable emailed to us with so we could have planned our day better. Apart from that the venue is Lovely, beautiful grounds and the head in the clouds massage was amazing. Didn't want to leave.

- Henlow Grange has recently been refurbished and the result is quite lovely. Our room was smart, clean, surprisingly spacious with high quality fixtures and fittings. The restaurant food was very good, very tasty and varied. The spa, pool and gym were all excellent. We will return
- It was a perfect stay only down side is no bar There are fridges in the rooms so if I had known I would have taken my own alcohol Wine is available at dinner Great value for money spa treatments were excellent rooms lovely food very nice staff great location
- Had a really lovely stay for my mums 60th birthday. Great value for money, what was included in the package was great. The treatments were brilliant and the therapists were attentive and gave you every minute of your treatment time. Really enjoyed the food. Due to the late checking in time (2pm) I do think 2 nights is needed as it felt like we needed longer to fully get the most out of our time here.
- Bit of a disappointment, lots of little things which meant you were asking questions all the time. We were left to find our room by ourselves, not told anything about what was offered, most staff just walked past you, not even a smile, some were friendly but they were the minority. The room felt like we had been put in the attic, whether this was because it was an offer, I don’t know. I doubt I’d return, not what you want for a pamper weekend!!
